    Default Modding Diplomacy

    I was wanting to mod some of the effects for different diplomatic actions, such as the bonus gained from the different levels of state gifts, things along those lines. I'm basically wanting to try and mod the values for diplomatic actions.

    Can anybody point me in the right direction where to go and edit these values?
