Saves don't work after reinstal

Hi, this is very bad - I formated HDD and after I instaled TATW 1.2, my old saves don't work. I tried to start new game, that works, but when I want to load some of my old saves, the game starts to load it but then the image changes and it loads back to menu. Whats wrong? Shoul I upload my saves so someone can try it if works for him?

is it possible that you installed a different version and or submods the first time, or is it really exactly the same how you have installed it before ??

Are you talking about saves from 1.1? If so, the 1.2 change log says it's not save game compatible, something about traits and ancillaries.
Hope you figure it out.

no, these saves are from version 1.2. Everything is the same, I am confident I instaled exactly the same things, I dunno whats wrong. If I used some submode I don't I realy don't remamber it, but I think I didn't use one.

M2 and Kingdoms both patched up the same before the TW install too?
