mughal empire playable?

i recently downloaded a mini-mod that unlocks all factions, but had to reinstall etw cause it didn't work. however, i noticed that the mughals were an actual faction(units, faction description, etc) but were most likely kicked from the roster at the last second. if it's possible, does anyone know how to make just the mughals playable in the campaign through a patch or modding the game files?

Imperial Splendour mod.It gives the Mughals a financial boost at start to help develop the economy and not get blitzed by the stronger Marathas.
