Should the Balkans get nuked?

My fellow human beings, I am graced to have you read my work, and I would like you to know that I love you all very very much. The Balkans, you might know it for its racism, nationalism backwardness, complete lack of prospect, numerous genocides, high gypsy population and people whose last name more than once ends with “ovic”. I am from the Balkans, and I do like the people there, but I have no doubt in my mind that we cannot go on like this.

So I have come to a conclusion. The Balkans has got to be nuked! Why you ask, why would you want radioactive agonizing death to your own people? Well, that’s just the type of man I am, and in the best social darwinistic style, I ask of you to send letters to your congressmen to beg them to do this. I am asking you America, the only superpower that is still left, I doubt the Russians even have working nukes, but I rest assured that the mighty American war machine is still able to bring about suffering anywhere in the world at a moment’s notice.

But to come to the point, why I would want you to perhaps write to your local congressmen, as well as vote in this poll, and even voice your opinions. The Balkans is a

, essentially. And this has to a large extent to do with the people who are living there. Now before this nuking takes place I would request that green cards are given to those that are pretty, are smart, are healthy, and free of hereditary diseases and in a fertile age, this would be perhaps a fifth of the population.
By the time it takes for the Balkans to be inhabitable again, the lucky ones that have been selected will be able to create an utopian society, based on the finest principles of social Darwinism. The Balkans, now in a post apocalyptic state is freed from its previous problems . Eventually this new breed of people will make spaceships that will colonize other planets in the galaxy, prolong their lifetime to thousands of years, and be happy ever after…

This is not genocide, its more like natural selection, I am not proposing the destruction of any ethnic group, more so the evolution of one.
Obviously you as a communist have a problem with this concept of nature since you think that all people are equal, well guess what commie, they are not, and use words like "Genocide".
