Reducing Reload Times etc.

Hey just a few quick questions, im sure someone will be able to answer them.
What file do i edit / How can i:

1.reduce reload times
2.increase firing range
3.increase casualties inflicted by each volley
4.accuracy and effectiveness of artillery
5.maybe increase morale effect of a bayonet charge

I realise its gonna make the game a little less realistic, but hey its gonna be cinematic now, and after the last patch it wont let me speed up the battles, theyre getting tedious.

For the first one check units_stats_land
And the last one should be in kv_morale_tables

ok, ive never done any modding(apart from clicking download and ticking a box in modmanager), so which file do i find that in, i assume its one of the ones in the DATA folder

thanks for moving this, didnt even know "text editing and scripting" existed. Hopefully someone here can help, but i think ive gotten myself into something deeper than i first thought. If anyone could give me a fairly specific guide on what to do it would be much appreciated
