Problem installing Hot fix 9, please help

I don't know if it's exactly a problem but when I install this hotfix the file folder just sites in the Rome-Total War C2 (named it that for my second Rome:total war copy) folder on its own. I click on it and it still has all its date,custom,presets etc...inside of it apart from the main data folder. Did I Install the hotfix correctly? What I did to install it was extract the files then i just right clicked copy on both folders and pasted to my Rome Medieval folder (Total War C2). Still something seems wrong because the files are seperate from the main folders.

Download and install this one HERE
all you need to do is extract into your Rome Total war folder
example > C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War

for some reason they put the hotfix inside of an extra folder
the link above is the same without the extra folder

It's only 23mb, the Hot Fix 9 was about 55 mb. Does this not have all the files in it? Another thing Im wondering, is the hot fix 9 content already on my Rome:Medieval when I play? It's in a completely separate folder from all the Data, scripts etc...Does the game even recognise those files? I mean it's seperate from all the crucial folders so I don't think it does.

yes this is the same hotfix
when you unzip them they will be the same size


when you unzip the files they should go into these folders
Example > C:\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\data\models
and > C:\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\RomeMedievalMOD

if the files you unzip are not going into those folders than yes you did something wrong
