Your argument is staggering...
One thing is for certain: the more profoundly baffled you have been in your life, the more open your mind becomes to new ideas.

Let's think the unthinkable, let's do the undoable. Let us prepare to grapple with the ineffable itself, and see if we may not eff it after all.
r u watching this!? LOL
Most people work during business hours.

Video/Story please
I'm watching this load ofand I have to say why does he not immediately answer the questions asked to him ? He just keeps going around and talking and talking until your so bored out of you're mind you don't bother to retort.

So you are pissed off that he is giving a long and thoughout awnser? Would you rather he gave simple platatudes? Would you rather he give anwsers that don't fully adress the question but are short? Personaly I prefer the long awnser that gets all of his ideas and posisions on the issue at hand. Even if you disagree with him this way you know what he thinks if you have the patience to listen to him.
Does he give "long and thoughtful" answers, or is his teleprompter broken, again? His answers seemed long and rambling, to me. Without the teleprompter, the Messiah turns out to be not quite so bright as was once thought to be.
Also, I'm beginning to get the feeling that the DEM's complaining about the word "socialist" is another play at the Race Card. In other words, if you call Obamacare "socialist", it's code for the "n-" word.
Yea it's a shocker ain't it.

I just wish he would cite the things he is saying with page numbers to verify, because my relatives that have read it say that it is complete BS.
He is just another snake oil salesman, plain and simple.

Obama threads have really gone down in quality.
"If I have done any noble action, that is a sufficient memorial; if I have done nothing noble, all the statues in the world will not preserve my memory."

"Tact is the knack of making a point without making an enemy."

There is no one bill yet. There are three bills out of commitee, and one still stuck in commitee. The two house versions are rather simular, but substaintially different form the senate version, (main difference being the public option) and the Bachus Senate commitee hasn't released their details yet.I just wish he would cite the things he is saying with page numbers to verify, because my relatives that have read it say that it is complete BS.
The next step is to consolidate the two house bills and two senate bills into one senate bill and one house bill to be voted on. Then those two versions need to be reconciled in a conference commitee and voted on again by both houses.
It seems like Obama is keeping his powder dry and speaking in broad terms, and not supporting any specifics, he even has backed out of supporting the public option which has angered some democrats.
Publically, this hasn't worked well as Obama hasn't had a laundry list of policies to go out and push, so the public in general doesn;t have a clear idea of what the final reform will look like (well nobody at this point does to be honest).
People have been filling in the gaps with whatever fits their political bias, and as such the public discussion hasn't been very productive. Hence the socialized medicine debates, even on this forumn, which is not on the table in any of bills.
Whatever happens, the actual providing of healthcare will be done by private industry.

obama doesn't have a plan, he has rhetoric. Congress has the plan(s). Obama's rhetoric and Congress' plan(s) are not the same thing and only obama seems to not realize this.
At least someone has the right to make a profit in this country.Whatever happens, the actual providing of healthcare will be done by private industry.
Obama is a socialist.![]()
