Should poll creating be limited to forum admins?

You caught me! I wanted to see how polls work..
Now I know but still I think too many ppl start to many unimportant polls.

The reasons which are obvious for you are not obvious for me or some other forum members. So please explain. I voted "no" because I understand word "administrator" as some kind of policeman. Plus - I am very happy with ALL kind of polls because polls are perfect tools to see general and all-inclusive "soul" of TATW players. I think I learned most things about game and about fellow players and modders precisely from poll threads.
