    Default highlighted units in battle??

    any way to make units highlight in green during battle when you select them, i know it's only a small thing but it gets kind of anoying when you don't know who is who, or even what unit your trying to order around

    Open bc.cfg file and find the line: disable_arrow_markers. Its value should be 0 if you want to have your units highlighted. If it's 1 then change it to 0 and save. That's it.

    i don't have that line in my bc file, it has:

    That's strange, I have more options in my file... I guess it's something linked with Vista's UAC. Well, try to change the value in medieval2.preference.cfg.

    in medieval2.preference.cfg.i only have

    [video]
    widescreen=1
    windowed=1
    [game]
    allusers=1

    should i put in under game or video?

    ok thanks guys, i found it in the " medieval2.preference.cfg " one, it only came up with a load of stuff after pressing 'compatability files' i don't realy know what that dose but it should be fixed now
