Holland Guard??

Can the Holland Guard be modded?? or are they one of the DLC units?? +Rep for first to answer!! Thanks

Did you download the DLC? I think the Holland Guard isn't DLC but if it is then modify the model and I think it'll be ok.

I have got the DLC and i think i found answer on the totalwar.com site, yes i believe you can mod them. +Rep anyways mate

If you are not aware of a model being free and moddable or DLC, the easiest way to find out is to open the Model-file with a Hex-editor (mayby text-editor also works) and look at the first rows of the file. If there is readable text in it, you have a Free Unit. All DLC-Units have a crypted Header, so you can't read words.

Oh, and the Holland Guard is Free, i used them for my french Marines already.

Do we speak about the same model - netherlands_holland_guards?

If yes, i'm sure it is a typo or another mistake. That model is definitly be usable for modding. here are my french marines and i think you can see, that they base on the holland guard:

Or did you talk about Blue Guard or Wallon Guard? Those are DLC and not usable for modding.
