Around the world in 1 turn

Well, I am playing as Denmark right now. The pope has re-communicated me
Now at the end of a turn, I hit the hourglass, and as you know that the moves of my units/agents that were pending start playing out. Well, this one assassin (or super assassin) started from Paris, went through all of Europe, through Constantinople to Asia, through the Turks, through the holy lands, through Egypt, through Benghazi and it kept going on, and on and on

I was like - this guy is never going to stop so I better do something. So I hit 'Esc' and then did a 'save game' and then came here to share this. It was more funny than annoying. Anyone else had this?

Of course it happened in just 1 turn. And of course it must be a bug.

Either it will actually work and you'll move with the speed of the light or you'd get a very unpleasant feeling.

Now some correction. My assassin did not start around Paris, but south of Cordoba! He went all trhough Europe, crossing Milan, the Constantinople, and then the Holy lands. He went all the way to Marrakesh!

P.S. I also have a movie but it is 1.5 GB, so I guess that's out of limits anyways.

This sounds like the answer to me. I thinks it's a pathing problem. If he tried to move his assassin from Iberia to N. Africa across the straight but something was blocking the path then the game finds the next best path. What it sounds like to me is that the game got confused because it calculated that the unit could get to the destination in one turn but chose the only path available - i.e. the LONG way around the Mediterranean.

No problem. What I'm more interested in knowing is whether this is a bug in the core files of M2 or if this is caused by tweaks made to the mod you're playing. You might report this bug in the appropriate forum and see if it's their problem or if it's more great code from CA....

First you guys asked me for screen shots and I have posted them, but now you call me a liar That's not fair. Is it not possible that the game has a bug?

And I told you, I even have the movie. Tell me how can I shrink a 1.5 GB movie into something more manageable so that you guys can believe.

He (the assassin) was unable to pass the Gibraltar cause it was barred by enemy fleet.
