    Default Hmmm,,

    Hmmm,

Just wondering, i am seeing a lot of mods in progress, and there all great, but just wonderig, i am surprised that no one has made a mod of this......... A Baktrian mod. The map is on the eastern fringes of the seleucid empire in 250 B.C the map could include the maryan empire. Not to mention parthians. It could be a great mod the baktrians:more to the center of the map having a blend of Kataphracts, horse archers, Greek hoplites (Baktrion Agema) phalax troops and Hetairoi . Seleucids: Having lots of phalanx troops, hetairoi, kataphracts. And beign on the western side of the map. and to the north west Parthians with ther migthy Kataphractoi and horse archers and maybe a few hill men. The scythians with horse archers and then the indians, with indian long bowmen, spearmen and etc, I am NOT saying i am going to make a mod, i am just asking why not and this has great potential. the only mod that is on this topic is Hiung-nu, wich has its faults, no offence intendeded to thos who say otherwise.

There are plenty of soucerces from mods here on TWC EB being the Famous. But there is also RTR, Aqd's RTR, XGM and DTW, Also i wouldnt mind if someone decided to just do it for me jk. If some one did decides to do a mod like this you have a map maker, scene editor and historian for seleucids, but my focus is on the Baktrians

When you say Maryan do you mean Mauryan empire - as in India?
That would indeed be interesting. Most mods are centered around Europe and some Middle East/Arabian empires,
so expanding even further to the east - with Seleucid vs. Mauryan empire - sounds fun.
The Hegemony 268 mod is the closest you'll get to this scenario.
