Please report Bugs of TATW 1.2 in this thread.
Bugs that are reported with TATW 1.0 or 1.1 won't be considered, since they may have been fixed in TATW 1.2!
Unnecessary posts that contain no bug report or don't confirm a bug will be deleted.
Known Bugs
- Game does not recognize when orcish factions are destroyed (a silly mistake by me that this is still not fixed)
- little "water-bug" in Edoras
- little "water-bug" in Isengard
- some battle radar maps are black
- Lower Uruk-hai models have holes in it
- Dunedain Rangers "spike-bug"
- weapons of Snaga Skirmishers are black
- Staff of Gandalf picture wrong
- some Dale texture bugs
- Mumakil death animation bug
- Legolas has no sword in melee battle
- Aragorn graphical bug on campaign map
- no fire arrows for elven factions
- Eldar Lancers have wrong sprites
- Dwarves occasionally refer to Scotland
- Dwarven Axethrowers throw javelins
- wrong "successful invasion" picture
- Harad has "Shisha Bar"
- Ents can't attack Mumakil
- Nazgul get Ring of Barahir
- crash in custom siege battles (solution here)
Bug Fixes
Bug Fix #1 (attachment 1)
- Fixes the bug that destroyed evil factions aren't recognized as destroyed
Installation: Copy the attached file into Medieval II Total War/mods/Third_Age/data and overwrite the existing file.
Bug Fix #2 (attachment 2)
- Fixes the Legoals melee bug (Thanks to axnsan)
Installation: Extract the attached file into Medieval II Total War/mods/Third_Age and overwrite the existing file.
