So the thread in PM made me wonder if you were raped as a man by another man/men would you report it to the police?

Logically its the right and important thing to do, but if it were me? Hell no. I'm a 6'+ 200lb+ man, trying to imagine that conversation would be almost impossible. If I knew who it was or where they were I might well kill them, but if such information made it out into the public you would immediately lose status.

Added, despite me disagreeing that rape has nothing to do with sex and its about dominance blah blah, I don't see it as a sexual violation of myself. I don't associate such an activity with sex. It would really piss me off, but so would getting beat up. I wouldn't feel violated, I'd feel violent.

Seriously though- I agree that if made public, a man being raped can be seen as a loss of status, but then you have to look at it like how women who are raped in the muslim world are sometimes viewed. A victim of an unwilling violation of their body is still a victim, and to have anything inserted in to the man butt is definitely an act of rape.

Being violated is like putting your balls on my face while I'm passed out on your couch or something. Rape is rape.

I don't really know. It would depend of various things like how the rape exactly occurred and what lead to it etc. I don't think it would mean anything to me except that I'd propably be embarrassed. I don't think I would have the guts to tell the police though.

Actually Bubba got killed for the same reason, I voted yes I would tell the cops, but as for counseling, I'd probably pass on that, they've never really helped me, I'm far better at dealing with my own problems, should they be created from the event of course.
