I even spent and hour an a half creating a new image for it, but i doesn´t seem to work, it crashes right after double clicking the exe file.

It does work when i remove the entry from EDB, so that means its only the EDB entry that it´s causing the ctd.

    Please help me.

    EDITED:
BTW the log file does not say anything.
Another thing its the export_building that was causing the problem, i did manage to make it work with this code:
    Code:
    {drinking_hall}Drinking Hall
    {drinking_hall_desc}Drinking Hall increase the happiness
    {drinking_hall_desc_short}A lot of stuff
    {mead_hall}Mead Hall
    {mead_hall_desc}Mead Hall increase happiness
    {mead_hall_desc_short}a lot of stuff
    {royal_palace}Royal Palace
{royal_palace_desc}Royal Palace increase loyalty and happiness
    {royal_palace_desc_short}More stuff
    {royal_court}Royal Court
{royal_court_desc}Royal Court increase loyalty and happiness
    {royal_court_desc_short}a lot of stuff
I don´t know why is no reading the one by culture !!

It should have taken it with the cultures. are all the cultures present in the descr_cultures file?
The part below HAS to be at the beginning of export_buildings before any other entries:
¬ Text used for building names and descriptions
¬ Lines that begin with this character are comments
¬ and should not be translated or altered
    ¬
    ¬
    {generic_repair} REPAIR
    {generic_repair_desc} REPAIR DAMAGE TO BUILDING
    {generic_repair_desc_short} REPAIR DAMAGE TO BUILDING
    {generic_dismantle} DISMANTLE
{generic_dismantle_desc} DISMANTLE BUILDING, RECOUPING SOME OF THE VALUE OF THE BUILDING
{generic_dismantle_desc_short} DISMANTLE BUILDING, RECOUPING SOME OF THE VALUE OF THE BUILDING
    {settlement_upgrade_fort} UPGRADE FORT
{settlement_upgrade_fort_desc} UPGRADE FORT TO A VILLAGE
{settlement_upgrade_fort_desc_short} UPGRADE FORT TO A VILLAGE
    {settlement_upgrade_village} UPGRADE VILLAGE
    {settlement_upgrade_village_desc} UPGRADE VILLAGE TO TOWN
    {settlement_upgrade_village_desc_short} UPGRADE VILLAGE TO TOWN
    {settlement_upgrade_town} UPGRADE TOWN
{settlement_upgrade_town_desc} UPGRADE TOWN TO A LARGE TOWN
{settlement_upgrade_town_desc_short} UPGRADE TOWN TO A LARGE TOWN

{settlement_upgrade_large_town_desc} UPGRADE TOWN TO A CITY
{settlement_upgrade_large_town_desc_short} UPGRADE TOWN TO A CITY
    {settlement_upgrade_city} UPGRADE CITY
{settlement_upgrade_city_desc} UPGRADE CITY TO A LARGE CITY
{settlement_upgrade_city_desc_short} UPGRADE CITY TO A LARGE CITY

{settlement_upgrade_large_city_desc} UPGRADE CITY TO A HUGE CITY
{settlement_upgrade_large_city_desc_short} UPGRADE CITY TO A HUGE CITY
I didn't check thoroughly, but you might have had a regular bracket () instead of a parenthesis {} somewhere.

It is reading the one by culture. But you need the "base" as well, because it has to default to something if an entry for a specific culture isn't present. This is true for most things, for cultures southern_european is the default if a file is lacked in the current culture(or, whichever culture comes first in the descr_cultures if you removed all of them).

For strings it's the unaffiliated string without any specifications. You don't actually need any descriptions for each culture, it's not a requisite. Furthermore you can also do it by faction, like such:
    Code:
    {military_base_3_england}Satellite Headquarters
    {military_base_3_england_desc}Description
    {military_base_3_england_desc_short}Short Description
First it will look for a faction specific one. If that isn't there it will look for one in the culture group. If that isn't there it should use the base, but I've never personally left only the base.

As the previous posters said, you must have the generic description. Then you can add the culture and faction ones underneath.

If the building is only for 1 culture/all cultures should have the same description, you can even only leave it with this.

    Also you should add
    {big_hall_name}Big hall

    to the bottom of export_buildings

edit: , I didn't see this was 3 days old
