RTRPE v1.9 MP Problem

Hey, I've been looking around for a solution for the problem that players encounter when playing RTRPE 1.9 in MP. I've searched everywhere and I haven't found the answer yet.
Once freshly installed, I'm able to play "ONCE" in each version of RTRPE, i.e BI version and vanilla. After playing "ONCE" in either version, the game data becomes not compatible and the following data is said to be the reason:

Incompability Status:
Incompatible data (chk:2A99AD3A:0)
Host exe: Barbarian Invasion(v1.6 ck:A457AB9)
Your exe: Barbarian Invasion(v1.6 ck:A457A5B9)
Host mod:"RTRPE" (ck:2A99AD3A:0)

Now, my opinion is that something is added to each of our files after each and every MP match and it becomes different for each of us. I have no idea of what it could be since I have no modding experience whatsoever. I have tried the campaign_map_reset.bat thing, but that does nothing to solve it. It seems that the map.rwm is definitely not the issue here. Please give me some help.
