ROME MEDIEVAL 2 INSTALLER this is the installer (RM2_beta.msi)

ALEXANDER FIX so you can play RM2 with the Alexander.exe(made by Jingle_Bombs)

HotFix 9 just extract into your Rome Total War folder
example > C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War

extracting instructions
to extract>right click zip file>select 7zip>extract files

1>extract to Rome Total War folder
Example> C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War

2>select yes to all when asked to overwrite
3>open RomeMedievalMOD folder and move shortcut to desktop
Example> C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\RomeMedievalMOD

installed to a different location ?

I would help with this but there are many locations you could install RTW to, the folder with the RomeTW.exe might not even be called Rome - Total War

one set of instructions on how to change your start and target locations would not do
but I am sure of one thing

The 7zip file I made has been tested and works
I did not leave anything out

am for some reasons I am not sure did I installed it correctly but it gives me an error when I run it ....

I just uninstalled and reinstalled and all seems to be good

did you put the hotfix and sprites in the correct place?
did you put the Alexander fix in the RTW folder but do not have Alexander?

i can not think of anything else
maybe someone who actually knows what they are doing(not me) can help you
