Crash Error Corruption

At seemingly random parts of my campaigns BC will crash, rending all saves from that campaign unusable. Whenever I load them up, BC will crash once more. This corruption affects saves from several turns before, so it is not a regular crash. I have had this happen to me on campaigns with Georgia, Rajputs, ERE, KoJ, and now Armenia. I am at BC 2.02, with a clean install. It is getting tiresome to have to keep replaying just the early part of the game; is anyone else encountering this corruption problem?

If you are talking about the series of CTD somewhere around 1204-1207 period, then it is quite common. And if my memory serves me right it was an issue in BC 1.05 also. But it never corrupted more than few saves. Besides that, only few irregular CTDs.

Yeah, I've had the 1204 for ERE and Armenia, but my Rajput and Georgia CTDs were around 1260+. Never had a problem with all my saves from a faction being corrupted, though.

I've never reached 1260+ so I don't know how it is. But if it comes to the former period, then it is possible to just get past it - just don't use load-save option for a while (which also mean - don't do anything important for your campaign).

I'm kinda loathe to redo my ERE campaign for the third time, so I think that's out. The only one I'm really irked about is my Rajput campaign, the one in the late 1200s. I had a coastal empire running around Sindhi and Ghazi to take the Persian Gulf, Arabian Peninsula, and Africa. It. Was. Awesome.
