Almost everybody makes AMD based notebooks. Check the internet - there are tons of AMD gaming machines.
Why do you need someone to build your PC for you? You'll save money by doing it yourself; plus you'll learn a few things. I suggest looking for examples of AMD PCs in mags or on hardware sites like http://hardforum.com/index.php?. You can even make a topic or ask people for help. I do it all the time.

I just build my own, get exactly what i want for a cheaper price. You have to know what your are doing though....
www.thunderboxpc.com is a good site, lots of choices and its a lot better than the ones you mentioned. Probably one of the better online pc dealers since they can put in ANY componeant you want.
If you have a Fry's or a Tiger Direct by your house they usually have good deals too. I'm lucky to have both near me.
Swear filters are for sites run by immature children.

Fry's is pretty good, but sometimes they still jack up their prices to best-buy levels, you still gotta watch out
