    Default Alexander Download

I want to use Alexander.exe for the mod I'm working on, but I can't find a working link to download it from. Apparently, Sega has stopped providing this game as it is not on their website. Does anyone know of a working linking link that this game can be acquired from?

No, but Alexander is available on DVDs(separately or bundled together with rtw and/or bi) in some online stores. Amazon for example.

I finally managed to acquire Alexander by purchasing a CD Rom version from amazon.com. However, it will not install on my computer. I get an error that says you must have RTW 1.5/1.6 installed inorder to install Alexander. I already have RTW 1.5 & BI 1.6 so this error message makes no sense.

After searching for the fix to this issue I have come across several posts suggesting that download versions of RTW are not compatible with CD-Rom versions of Alexander. My copy of RTW & BI were downloaded from www.direct2drive.com. I suspect this is what is causing my installation failure. If anyone knows a workaround for this issue I would certainly appreciate the help.

That is true. The only way I know around it is to buy RTW on a cd/dvd. That sort of thing is why I never buy games off sites like direct2drive.
