Well its a fault for a vocabulary term.
You have Syria, Jordan, Israel, Palestinians all just hanging around but I don't think there is a good term for the coalition of anti-sem er I mean anti-Israeli's there.

It's quite simple, really:
Two groups of people that worship the same deity, their religion is very similar to each other, have the same ancestor (Abraham), originate from the same area (Mesopotamia), and consider the same piece of land to be their rightful "Holy" land are killing each other.
