    Default Papal Favour adjustments

    Hi,

Anyone know where I can further decrease papal favour in the event that the human player (or any player if necessary) does not join a crusade within the time limit.

    Did you try data\descr_faction_standing.txt?

It could be one of the '_Fail_Pope' missions

Ah, I thought they refered to all fail pope missions.

They do. But that file should allow you to add more triggers at your leisure. Perhaps something like this:
    Code:
    ;------------------------------------------
    Trigger Fail_Crusade
        WhenToTest LeaderMissionFailed

        Condition MissionID crusade_active

        FactionStanding factions { papal_states } -1.0
I browsed the ones currently in that file, and they seem to cater to either failing a papal mission in general, or doing something naughty while on a crusade. Theoretically the above should pinpoint crusades, but the crusade reference in descr_missions might not be the actual crusade mission, so it's iffy.
