I support Isreal, but this is bull. Regardless if palistine exesited as a nation, that certaily does not mean that the palistinians did not exist as a people. This is a violation of human rights, and action must be taken to stop it.

Palestinean people exist since 19th century when the first arabs of Holy Land revolt agianst Ottoman Empire and wanted independence. Palestine is much as invented as Syria or Egypt.In realtly arabs never had countries just empires and caliphates the West that divided those lands made those countries realy if see the map of divisions betwen French and British for example you will find that pretty much all independent countries of Middle East were drawn as colonies!
Israel(or better jews) never had right to take lands that for centuries were rigthfuly arabic.
How Israel wasnt inveted? That was pretty much from "nigth to day".

Obviously they didn't put the palastinians there. So kicking them out has nothing to do with them "inventing" it. Obviously they were there so there was no inventing that arabs used to own it and were the majority only supplanted by europeon colonists as if it was colonial america.

He brought it up because pickle mole said that Palestine was an invented concept, so your listing of various other occupying powers reinforces Kanaric's point, that declaring any one party here as "made up" scores no points toward the moral high ground. Which should be obvious, as all countries are just imaginary lines in the sand, when push comes to shove.

And that sort of brings me to my second point which is that I really don't care what country controls what area, as long as things are administered effectively, and human rights are not violated. Sometimes I wonder if they just renamed Israel as Palestine, but didn't make any other alterations, if this crap would just go away.

The only thing you can learn from cruelty and injustice is not to repeat it. I sincerely hope you succeed in that endeavor.
