Models cant be edited just yet. Though you can change the weapons 'skin' if you want

i know but i read this tutorial and still dont know how to do this...just noob at modding

so could you make new skins for maratha and upload here???

What do you want guns or maratha's???
I would make new skins for the maratha's....but....
They're really not interesting

and i dont have time with other mods in development

Though there is loads of modders out there who will do it, just ask them

Well i think people dont identify with the Maratha's...Most people make mods because they feel their own country has been 'mis-represented'...if you know what i mean.
Also we know all about Bonaparte, Wellington, Washington but what do we know about the Tippoo Sultan?

It's way too early to be doing anything like that my good sir. The game's still quite new to the modders and CA hasn't released proper tools yet. So please bear with it and be patient until CA releases proper tools

I will if you want, but i have 3 ongoing projects ATM, so it could be quite a while before you get it.
