Default A couple of things I reckon should be changed

Ok, before I start, I haven't got patch 3 yet (5 hour download!) so if some of these things have already been changed don't crusify me please!

Arianism should have a different symbol from mainstream christianity, easier for when you're surveying your lands without having to check each city individually, also easier to check the religion breakdown thing without having to hover mouse over it. Perhaps have an A superimposed over the cross?

The frankish army that starts in gaul in the Julian as sole Emperor campaign should be moved or removed, as Julian pushed all the barbarians back beyond the limes didn't he? (Not a metaphorical question)

EDIT: And also the titles and such. I think they should be granted once you hit end turn on the first turn, and, if an incumbent dies, another general in the 'trigger city' gets the title. At the moment, it's hard trying to ensure the titles don't 'die'.

    Thanks.

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
What have the Romans ever done for us?? apart from better sanitation and medicine and education and irrigation and public health and roads and a freshwater system and baths and public order... what have the Romans done for us?
    Some of my favourite quotes:
"Your god has yet to prove himself more merciful than his predecessors" ~ Hypatia, as represented in the film 'Agora'
"If you choose to do nothing, they will continue to do this again and again, until there is no-one left in the city, no people for this governement to govern"
~ Hypatia, as represented in the film 'Agora'

I wondered about that army - in my 361AD campaign - now in 377AD - that army stayed motionless next to a large comitatus I placed there and then eventually moved off back over the Rhine. No hostilities at all and the Franks are busy raiding and sacking the Saxons. (Thank the gods!).

In my Sassanid Campaign, forgetten which Mod Campaign, the Guptas have taken two of my settlements, which dosn't usually happen in any of my campaigns, but I have taken one of theirs two times and last time I left it, which was over two months ago( I am at Uni) I was preparing a counter attack, the Kirdirites are annoying though, they aren't really a threat to my territory, but two settlements I conquered from them, rebelled back to them when I withdrew my armies to retrain them. One of the settlements had a low population, so I couldn't retrain there, the other did not have that great a range of units available and I think that some of my units couldn't be retrained anywhere near I was so I was forced to withdraw my armies back towards my orginal territory and as a consequence lost two of the three settlment I had conqurerered. At the same time I am creating Daylami Legion made up of infantry to take those rebel settlements west of the Kirdirites. Guptas will be a problem though I can imagine taking back my territory but I think I will have trouble invading them. Oh I almost forgot I am sending an army by ship to the South of their territory where I believe them to be their weakest.

Anyway I think India is fine as it is.

yeah camp-strat-wise they aren't a problem at all, but i can't kill thouse elephants in actual battle. im playing in H/H this time.....think i'll have to go for H/N.. but what annoys me is that only the elephants are sp ubber-powerfull, all other units of all other civilizations seem normal, this elephants are the only trouble! bah whatever, i guess i'll just autoresolve any battle with elephants.

weird thing is that armoured elephants have never ever been a trouble for me on all this 5 years....only in this mod lol.

OK, OK, I hear you, I'll check them out, but I don't want them to be a push over either. I have found that concentrated fire is the way to go and put your units into open formation to reduce casulaties.
