confused

I was playing as gondor and i was fighting an army of mordor , one of the nine was leading them and he had as ancillary: ring of ???? (im not sure) anyways i killed the army and i captured the general then i excecuted all of them , but my general did not get the ring

!

I dont understand... i capture their general who has one of the great rings, and i exterminate them but i dont take the ring from him??

what did i do wrong?

i dont think you get his ring....i might be wrong, i never really actually cared for ring harvesting

I think you only can get the One Ring.

yep, elves can have the elven ring and dwarfs the dwarven rings, but the nazgul rigs only work for mordor, the only ring everyone can 'loot' is the 1 ring

Well i remember hearing before (although i dunno if its true) that with the one ring, you only get it from battle if the general with the ring dies in battle, if you capture and execute him you dont get it. The other way of course is to sit in one of the goblin settlements.

As for the other rings i dont know if its possible for them to get traded at all. I dont remember it ever happening anyway.

Why do you want the rings of power? I find them to be a waste of my 8 ancillaries space.

hmm finlander my thanks i do slip on using grammar, to much writing late at night in a language not native to my own ....

But it is great that although i answered this gentlemans question , your contribution is to critque my poorly punctuated statement . My english proffesor would be proud of you
