Just wanna shout out a big thanks to everybody who committed to this peace of art!!!
This truely is art!
Some of the remastered things really made me go crazy banging my head on the table shouting YES YES YES!!
those things really add to realism and experiencing ancient warfare if not living itself!
- the whole italian recruting sytem that really makes u think about ur lines of supplies e.g. marsian soldiers only available in (ah...sorry...dont even remember the citys name just played 2 rounds and signed up here to thank u guys)
- the new units themselves like the distinguishing between several italian allied troop provider
+ of course the great look of all the units! lovingly detailed and historically correct geared! (also the written descriptions! spent almost the first 30 minutes by reading it)
- the really massively mounted rebel cities! of course the etruskans and umbro-sabellians gave rome a hard time. absolutely adds to realism!
- the imo strong ai that really made me think about how to conquer the first city
...mh well thats all i have experienced on my own yetbut i read through all of the descriptions of the add ons...so even thinking about experiencing those changes in the game made me go crazy again... yeah...there also was some headbanging again...
the things that really add to realism and experiencing ancient warfare are imo
- the recruiting system again
- altered maritime economy
- the increased recruiting and maintenance costs
- the lots of new greek units and especially the distinguishing between veteran and newly levied ones (im sure they look as great as the new roman units i ve seen so far). each greek city got its own hoplits?? omg!! that really adds to the feeling of responsibility towards ur troops and kinda builds a relationship so u really think twice before u send them into death on the battlefield
.
.
.
and all the over great stuff!!
so seriously thanks again to everybody who committed to this peace of art! again this is art! making an even almost perfect peace of work even better...thats art!
thanks a lot u guys!!!
