Ice Age:3 Dawn of the Dinosaurs review.
I just saw Ice Age 3 in 3D, and I must say a very good movie indeed. I fist toughed it would be bad. But I am completely wrong. Seeing it in 3D is not that special, there are almost no special effect if you see it in 3D. But still some effects are nice to see, but don't exepect to much.
It a very good movie, I can't really good remember Ice Age 2. But I think this movie is better.
It takes place in the ice age and Ellie is pregnant, Manny is very nervous for having a baby. He is busy making a kinder garden for the baby. He takes Ellie to the location of the garden and tells her to close her eye's. Then Manny tells Ellie she can open her eye's and she is very impressed.
Diego wants to go on adventure and leave his friends behind. Manny goes and talk with him. Because Ellie tells him to, she sees that there is somthing on Diego's mind. Diego isn't that fast anymore he tries to catch a deer, but after running after it for some times he slows down and begins to pant. He is getting old.
Sid wants to be the baby-sitter if the baby gets born. But Manny wants Diego to be the baby-sitter.
Sid feels lonly and falls in a hole and finds 3 large dinosaur eggs in a grove of ice. He decides to take them above and gives all 3 eggs a name. He keeps watch on them, but some things happen.
Buck is a very funny and interesting caracter in the movie. He is a weasel that went to the underground jungle above the ice. He stays and fights for his live, because all kinds of dangerous animals live there.
He lost his eye, and he has a kind of sharp sword that is a teeth of a big dinosaur. He keeps figthing with that dinosaur called Rudy. Rudy is a very big dangerous dinosaur, that lost one of his teeth because of Buck. That is a story he tells to the other animals while the are underground in th mystery jungle.
The Scratte is back and he is still very funny. He gets in love with a other animal that isn't a Scratte. Something else I don't know. But still Scratte is running after his acorn and she takes it but then Scratte takes it back, she is sad and crying a little. Scratte decides to give it to her to make her happy, but she takes it but Scratte holds still the acron and the fight for it and allot happens with those 2.
Here you see them figting, not yet but about to fight for it.
Sid shows Manny and Ellie what he found, he tells them there are his babies. Manny tells him to not steal eggs from a other animal, and tells Sid to put them back where he found them. However Sid doesn't want to and goes away with the 3 eggs. In the hole where he found them the orginal mother finds out here eggs are gone and goes to find her eggs and she is angery.
Sid has kept the eggs for one day and the grow and come out. They see Sid has there mother, Sid is very happy to have a family and be a mum. He takes care of them, but he goes with them to the play ground for the baby of Manny and Ellie. He lets them in, but he didn't had to do that. The other little kids see you can enter and run Sid down. Then the kindergarden ...
It a very good movie with allot of running and avoiding from falling objects. Allot of humor you can laugh with. I think the fans will be satisfied with this new movie. The makers did a good job.
This movie is better then the new Harry Potter movie if I must say. Belief me.
I give him a 8.5 score. Go see him and you will find out. Buck is my favorite caracter.
