    Default localisation.loc

I'm working on a mod and have changed some stuff in db and also in the localisation.loc. I've bundled these together in a mod pack. When I run the game the changes in the db files work ok but changes to localisation.loc (names of royalty and faction description in this case) don't seem to work. I've even tried directly editing the localisation.loc file in my local_en.pack but even that doesn't work.

What do I have to do get get localisation.loc changes recognised? Maybe tie them in with something in startpos.esf perhaps?

Localisation cannot be packed into pack files with other DB files. Try creating a separate pack file containing only the loc file, and make sure to save it as a Movie type file.
