    1. Yeah he could be leader of some tribe, but I don't think he was leader of all people of Rhun.
    2. It was long time ago
    3. now he serves dark lord Sauron and lead Dol guldur so he cant be faction leader of Rhun

    found it
    http://lotr.wikia.com/wiki/Kham%C3%BBl
When Sauron gave Rings to all of the Kings of men he literally gave them to every King of Men. Khamul was King of Rhun and Harad at this time. When he took the Ring he became a Wraith like the others. This could possibly explain Rhun and Harads allegeince with Mordor

    From Tuckborough.net (http://www.tuckborough.net/otherbeings.html#Khamul)
Second-in-command of the Nazgul. Khamul is the only one of the Nazgul whose original name is known. He was once an Easterling - a Man from Rhun in the far east of Middle-earth. Khamul was given one of the Nine Rings by Sauron and he was enslaved to Sauron's will and became one of the Wraiths known as the Nazgul.
    Encyclopedia of Arda (http://www.glyphweb.com/arda/k/khamul.html)
Called the Shadow of the East, Khaműl was the second of the nine Ringwraiths, second only to the Lord of the Nazgűl, and referred to as Sauron's lieutenant.
I think we can call it quits now.

    Calls it quits.

If only you people had my uber googling skillz, you'd stop opening these pointless threads.
