i play as an high elf
and some times when i attacking citys with 3-4 unit that gaurds it (mist mountins city!!)
there sadenly alots of unit that come in one second
i attack city with 1000 orks
and sadenly thay had something like 4000 orks how this happand?

Its the garrison script. Its meant to prevent rushing. Check the FAQ. This is brought up alot.

Basicly the important citys get these scripts, Moria, Minis Tirith, Minis Morgul etc etc.

This is happening because of the garrison script. This script is activated when you are sieging an important enemy settlement for at least 1 turn. The porpuse of this script is to compensate AI intelligence.

Nope. You won`t get any extra garrison. Only the a.i gets them.

That`s lore accurate. But don`t worry, wait till the orcs can field trolls or even Olog-hai. You won`t be dissapointed anymore.

Important citys only. Mordor for instance has three citys with the script and only 1 capital. Those citys being Minis Morgul, Black gate and Barad Dur the capital. Just as Gondor has scripts on Dol Amroth, Minis Tirith,Pelegir and one of the Osgiliaths I think.

the game system is also work like this? like thay will attacks the good guy before thay will attacks me?

I fyou mean that evil guys almost only attack the "goods" and the goods don't attack each other but th bad boys than yes, it wokrs like this...

Thats Eriador. The good forces can turn on eachother and the evil ones can to but not nearly as often. Once you have a alliance with someone it will never break unless you break it or you or your allies go to war against someone you or your ally is allied to causing them to choose who to keep the alliance with.
