Mouse Hover Dissapeared

Does anyone know why my mouse when it hovers over the detail card of a general, like when you look at their titles and it usually pops up and says "King of Jerusalem...+2 this -1 that" in the box as you hover over it, would disapear?

It works on the regular campaign map when I hover over units but when I pop open the generals display and hover there's nothing there.

And does anyone know how to fix??????

I have installed a couple different mods that past couple days but cannot pinpoint which might have done something to it.

If it was working before and if it is a problem for you, you may have to reinstal. It'll be probably be easier that way than trying to track down the culprit.
