    Kwame, we love you. Of course, Detroit has so much against it, but this is so priceless. You have to watch the whole thing.

    Sure I've been called a xenophobe, but the truth is Im not. I honestly feel that America is the best country and all other countries aren't as good. That used to be called patriotism.

    American politics is sick. They go and try and dig up some personal romance from almost a decade ago and tear up families to use against someone they dont like. It isn't like this mayor has a whole bunch of more legitimate coming from his administration and his city that his enemies could use.

    Bill Maher used to have him on his show, the guy is an ass. I could not and can not stand him and think he's perfectly deserving of the banner " the hip hop mayor."

    He is part of the problem yes in that he was too busy abusing his office to bother with such details as running the city but Detroit's problem have existed long before him, as pointed out in the other thread I believe the city's problem is placing almost all its eggs in one basket, the auto industry.

    Wasn't he one the guys who spent a lot of city money of his own personal parties and stuff or am I thinking of someone else? I don't know, to many corrupt men of power and office to keep track of.
