Any guys restore the historical Roman Empire?

I am coming very close to the goal except some areas.
I am not sure of those places correctly whether they were parts of Rome Empire in the history, especially some in the east.

It is too hard not to colonize into Germania, which I complete the colonization in 200 years.

After that I felt the historical Roman Empire is instead quite sucky.

Certainly i will, but what exact provinces shall i take from it. I just dont want to swallow the Seleucid as a whole.

Ya, and it seems better do it quick because their civilization is high enough to colonize.

Generally I take Britain in first 100 years, due to the alliance between Gauls and Britishs...

By the way, my current Roman Empire is getting ridiculous high BB - 60 I remember.

I'm trying to do something like what Servius has done though in Eu3. Started with Naples, then formed Italy. Need to unite my eastern provinces properly, and get to work in Africa.

Also France seems opposed to me taking their lands, not sure why though...

Anyways, they weren't opposed enough, I cut a nice big line out to the Atlantic in my last war, and once my war exhaustion goes down I can go about reclaiming the hispanic peninsula for Rome.
