Sticky Keys
No its not what you think, but during a battle I accidently held down the shift key for too long and turned on sticky keys which really messed up commanding any units during the battle.
I noticed however that you can order units to move through way-points which I hadn't realised.
Just wondering if anyone uses way-points during battle? Also after grouping units you can specify specific formations (with the minimal battle HUD) that I have never used? Does anyone find these usefull?

Re: Sticky Keys
I don't use waypoints but i do use the group formations, mainly the double infantry line for my spearmen, the front line does most of the fighting and the back line i use for reinforcements, i also tend to put archers between the two lines

Re: Sticky Keys
I rarely use waypoints as it doesn't always work. If I do it quickly the unit says "orders completed" and cancels the first order. If, however, I hold shift for 3-4 seconds while giving the order it seems to work but since it's such a hassle I tend not to use it.

Re: Sticky Keys
i dont do it as its not attack move and they can easily just rush headlong into a unit.
it's useful for guiding reinforcements though.

Re: Sticky Keys
I do use waypoints for coordinating flanking movements.
