    Default Family problems

While playing RTW with expansions i noticed something.
Family members have minimum chances to get married and have a child

Is there any way to adjust those chances???

If your faction has a few settlements and already has a consistent number of characters, then it will be more difficult for them to marry and have children. There is a relation between these things.
The more settlements you have, the more characters you will get. So, try to conquer more regions!

Or edit fertility bonuses in export_descr_character_traits.txt and export_descr_ancillaries.txt.

I found in a Defensive campaign that the fertility bonuses really do not help if you do not have the right number of territories to begin with. I had a married general with the Fertile trait camped in a city for pretty much his entire life, and he never had a single child. He was not the only one either.
