Yes. You can do it easily in the loc file. Export both loc files (in patch_en.pack) to .tsv and do find/replace. Import the entire tables (not just edits) back to your pack and change the pack type to movie.

All you need is the Pack File Manager and a text/spreadhseet editor. Make a copy of patch_en.pack and rename it to whatever you want. Open it with PFM. Right click in the left hand window and change the pack type to "movie." Open the loc files and press the button to export to .tsv. Open the .tsv with your spreadsheet/text editor and find/replace. In PFM, press the button to import tsv and import the edits to the appropriate tables. Save. You're done.
