Diplomacy rather than warfare?

I have discovered quite a useful way to incite wars, I think. I started a campaign as the Silvans (again, ) when Harad broke its alliance with Mordor by attacking Rhun. I have no idea why this happened, but I figured that I might as well take advantage of it. I captured a town that the OotMM and I had been battling over for a little while and sold it to Isengard (which has no ties to OotMM as of now) and am now waiting to see what will happen. If they decide to take it back, I will have the evil factions destroying each other while the good factions help with the slaughter.

I am just imagining the joys of running through the Misty Mountains and seeing them nearly empty with all of the goblins busily getting decimated by Isengard. Has anyone else done something similar?

lol yeah basically I was saved from almost utter destruction when Sauron called a invasion on Mordor, all of a sudden OTMM left me alone & Isengard got busy hammering at Mordor. Then next turn everyone wanna be my friend! Pretty good for almost gone bankrupt fighting two fronts, to suddeningly being a powerhouse.

best way to cause this i have found is, capture a major place such as moria or isengard, give it to mordor harad or rhun. Or give isengard moria and ootmm isengard. Pick a side and got to town against the weaker. Then turn on the remaining survivor stab him in the vitals.
i dont like to do this, i like to play the game lore like, eg always at war with all orcs. Peace or ceasefire with an abomination of nature seems unnatural.
