This is a proposal to nullify (reverse, make inactive) a prior Curial decision regarding the Curial overseeing a schedule of site competitions. The Site Competitions was never implemented and due to disinterest should be reversed.

* February - Writing Competition (with variation every year)
* April - Art Competition (with variation every year)
* July - Debate Competition (possible variation in rules every year)
* September - Signature Competition (same as above)
* November - Humor Competition (same as above)

I am assuming there will be very little debate on this. The support is listed. The Curator may move this to a vote after the requisite 3 day debate period is completed.

I feel that nullifying a decision that was never implemented in the first place is a bit redundant.

It has been a bit over three days since the support was posted. It is time for a vote or for the Curator to decide that this is inappropriate to be voted upon. I leave the decision in your hands Mr. Curator (Soulghast).

It's a decision that wasn't implemented, not a Constitution Article that needs to be updated to reflect the times. Since the Decision was never actually implemented it can be considered null and void. No need for a vote.
