    Default why

I have realized that trebuches have wheels. But in many designs there are no wheels they are a immobile weapon. Is there any mod that has made them immobile?
(i realize i spelled trebuchets wrong)

I don't think so but what does that change it's a game, I prefer them moving, they would be useless if theyr couldn't move IMO

Like other aspects of this game, the historical inaccuracies are made to add playability to the game. I remember in Medieval 1 that the trebs were immobile and they were a pain to use. I have not seen any mods that 'remove the wheels,' if you will.

well they can move to battle and be deployed in different places (during deployment) but having such a large counterweight for such a small rock would be impossible with wheels.

I understand the historic properties and all but, like I said, in Medieval 1 they were like that and I hardly ever used them. (except for in sieges)

Confirms exactly my point, if CA / SEGA had made them un-movable after the deployment I would never used them, where in M2TW I used them alot unitl the cannons are available. You need to keep in mind that it's a game, we (players) want to have fun and it would have bean something players would have complain about if their were un-movable.
