Default Gap where 2 colours meet

I've reskinned the Cossack Infantry and all seemed well until I noticed in-game that the cossacks I had put a red overcoat on had a gap where the brown arms meet (see screenshot)
Anyone found a way around this or know how I can get rid of it ? TY

You could try extending the sleeve's texture so that more area is covered up near where it meets the shoulder.

Yes I did try this but no joy . I find it odd that the cossacks with the same colour coats as the sleeves don't get this problem.
