Make a Splash screen contest

Alright i am starting this thread for 2 reasons one i would like to see some eye candy to spruce up KGCM but also i wont to see who out there has some photoshop or gimp skills LOL as i need a good 2d artist to help finish of the texturing of the models for the KGCM i have made

Ill enter myself with a quick effort i did which will illustrate why i am looking for a good 2d artist



oh incase you didnt know the splash screen is what flashes up at the start when game is loading

lmao. SF, you're would look better without the fire to tell you the truth. The map with the border design is good enough IMO.

how can i be soul firez without the fire and thats easy enough to do i can just slap the old map back on and do the burn effects again to it and leave out the fire if its liked but i am hoping to see alot better

Wow thanks y2day! thats very impressive, this will be hard to beat I think

well i am using Y2DAYs splash screen but i keep practicing i just dont have artistic flair or 2d skills but i tried another but still lacking the skill no compertition to master Y2DAYs work but is it atleast getting better from a horrible amauture

PS i have made a model of this Knight but i am buggered if i can texture him properly so he is just a silver surfer at the moment any volunteers to help texture the uv map so he looks decent

I wouldn't like to pick a winner from all these great entries.. So I'll let the fans decide what one I should use in the next version of KGCM

There is still a few months until I release KGCM 4.2, so still plenty of time for everyone to enter this competition! I am currently working on a new secret project (not patch).
