A Few Questions (these are not covered in FAQ or the Index)

Ave Generals,

I've been away from SPQR for a loooong long time but just got a new computer today, so I am jumping back in.

A few questions:

1) Are we supposed to play with "Manage All Settlements" on? If it's turned off, I won't be able to manage settlements that do not have generals in them.

2) I'm going to be trying other mods as well, so which file should I make a copy of so I can install SPQR but still have vanilla untouched (so I can make copies of that and install other mods).

3) I have the Total War: Eras version of RTW. Is that already at 1.5?

Question two is simple - copy ENTIRE original unmodded folder.
Question three I have no idea
