best tactics for fighting trolls ?
hi,
i've figured out how to counter most evil faction units. but trolls are still causing me lots of grief.
i'm playing as gondor, around turn 130 i think. i regularly get attacked by full mordor stacks with 3-4 units of trolls or olog hai (36 trolls in total). on open land i've found charges by swan knights or general's bodyguards to work pretty well. but in city and castle sieges there's not much open space to do that. i keep recapturing west osigiliath and then losing it again when i'm attacked by these massed trolls.
what works well for other people ?

there about 50 thread about that but ballista catapult whit flame and holding them whit infantry while unloading arow on them seem to work .
