Yes. Ceasefire with an enemy or your ally will hurt your rep. Vassal is just like an alliance.

You sure that a ceasefire causes a rephit? Attacking a faction does, would assume that an opposite action would give an opposite result.

If you and your ally are at war with the same country, and you declare a ceasefire, it sometimes hurts your rep.

Anyways this doesn't affect Rep at all, only your relationship with your allies.
