You install it normally in the main rtw folder, not the BI sub-folder.
Ok cool, and that lets me use the BI exe though?

to play the mod with the BI exe you need to start it via an edited desktop shortcut. I don`t know if the current version of RS provides one for you or you need to do it yourself.
well i have gold i just installed it in my normal rome total war file works fine and it gave me 2 shortcuts one for rtw and then one for bi both work fine however all the rs 1.5 info has gone into the data file for rtw not bi...
but i use bi and it all work fine
hope that helps
Ok, well I installed RS and the icon that came with the mod says "Roma Surrectum w BI" so does that mean that the RS exe is the BI version?
Will I need to run a custom battle and see if people float in rivers?

Yes that shortcut will run RS with the BI exe.

I'd suggest that people don't install to the original RTW folder - simply take a copy of the entire folder and create a new one with the copied files. That new folder could be called RS1.5 (or anything really). This will ensure that you retain a clean workable copy of RTW no matter what you decide to do with your RS install.
If you install to the RTW folder and want to remove the mod you need to uninstall RTW and then reinstall it.

Aye well thats cool for me because Vanilla RTW makes me physically sick to play x)

Yes, but if you install a mod to the RTW games folder and then want to install a different mod you have to uninstall and reinstall RTW each time. You will have to do this when RS2.0 is released as well.

Ya, well thanks for the heads up but I know for sure that I aint gonna be using another mod till RS2 comes out, and then the re-install time is totally worth it![]()
I remember back before I found RS I had about 15 mods on one install. Must have spent at least 4 hours making copies of the game folder x)
