    Have you modded the file export_descr_buildings, in the folder "xc/data",
    located in your Rome: Total War folder?

    If you are running the Senate campaign, do a search in export_descr_buildings for "seleucid," (without quotes, but with the comma) then replace that with "empire_west," that should fix the problem for now. This will be fixed in the next version.

    Expand your borders, a mod based on XGM 5.
