    oh OK i get it .
    pity that it cant be tiny like in the movie but evrth xcept this is perfect .
    Almost forgot .. i have a problem with magicians (smwhr i saw it in the problem topic but now i cant find it) when they shooting they look like shoot air (nothing) and after 3-4 attempts they FINALLY shoot the fireball(or whatever is called)
    is there a fix for this shooting cuz i dont want them to be useless . Thank you . (excuse me for my poor English if there are mistakes but i think theres no such a big deal with them)

    They need to warm up, a few practice throws to get their arm working, then BOOM!!

    As far as I know it can't be fixed..

    is there a fix for this shooting cuz i dont want them to be useless
    You need to lower the projectile speed in "descr_projectile...somethingsomething".
    As it is now the speed is too high so the arc is too flat making it almost impossible for the AI to find a target(hence the failed attempts). If you lower the speed the arc will be "bigger" and it will be possible to throw the fireballs over your own troops.

    ok so i open descr_projectile_new(right?)
    then what do i need to edit ?

    You need to lower the velocity of the projectile. Perhaps to a speed similar to a javelin. I dont have it installed now so dont know what the weapon is called in the file. It is not the arrowentries you posted though. Look further down.

    I think the 'Magicians' were based on 'Head Hurlers'

    Cool.

    The magicians are pretty deadly in game, especially if you're attacking a settlement and they're on the walls..

    A little silly question but why does the magicians' "grenade" is green? there aren't any means of making it metallic?

    It's made from green glass, the lack of explosive meant grenades would have been closer in design to petrol bombs and as such needed to shatter on impact.

    Historically it was common for cheap glass to have a green tint because of iron imperfections introduced in the furnace. If these 'grenades' actually existed I would imagine they'd be quite thick bottles, for safety in transport, but made cheaply as they are not for ornamental use..

    Here's my Thermopylae battle: Only Xerxes is left(he's immortall so. . .)
    Check them out.
    Also, after the battle, Leonidas didn't died and next turn an rebel army attacked his remaining forces.

    Sounds like you haven't activated the script, Leonidas is scripted to die after the battle..

    Well , the script activated itself at the start of the campain.Also, i haven't reloaded,or anithing and i got the message that he died after the battle, but he lived..I only played the battle,won(in time) and that's it.Maybe it is something that should be better for the game, as he survived the battle and didn't die so he remains in game.

    If the message came up that he died he should be dead. Unless Antiviros changed something to stop the script from working.. As long as you're having fun I guess it doesn't matter..

    Well i use the classic version and it is fun like this.Only issue is that he can't move.Other than that, the mod is awsome and i really enkoy it.Thx to everyone that made it.
