There's finally photo evidence of mans journey and exploration of the moon!

But, I'm sure there will be some people out there still covering their ears and claiming its all still a hoax.

You see, you could GO to the moon and take pictures and they would say they were added later as part of the original cover up.
"When I die, I want to die peacefully in my sleep, like Fidel Castro, not screaming in terror, like his victims."
My shameful truth.
I couldn't agree more. Some people just need to actually touch something before believing its existence and even then they'd question it.
For me, these images are super exciting. Not only is it proof that we've been there, it shows even more reason to return. We did it, we can do it, and we should continue to do it. Even for science purposes. These items have been sitting out on the moons surface for nearly 40 years now, what are their states? What can we learn from their condition? How can we make the next generation of exploration devices better.
Also, can't wait for the buggy tour of the landing sites!!!

Cool, but I kind of expected a higher grade photo.
Remember, this is taken from 30 miles up. The image is highly magnified to point out the specific items they want to highlight.
But yeah, it would be neat if they could give us better detail.

People doubt the moon landing? Why is that...
I wear the chain I forged in life, I made it link by link and yard by yard. Is it's pattern strange to you? How would you know of length of the strong coil you bear yourself? It was as full, as heavy, and as long as this seven christmas eve's ago, you have labored on it since, it's a ponderous chain!"Pride is not the opposite of Shame, but it's source ; True humility is the only antidote to shame."
Great stuff.
Do not forget to look at the NASA site as well:

I'm sorry, that honestly is photo shopped, their was no lunar landing.
Sure I've been called a xenophobe, but the truth is Im not. I honestly feel that America is the best country and all other countries aren't as good. That used to be called patriotism.

Buzz Aldrin offers his proof of the Apollo 11 Moon landing.
I´m wondering if the flag still stands.
I've heard that the post it hung on might still be there, but that the flag itself has probably disintegrated after years of exposure to solar winds.
The images from the LRO are pretty amazing, and it was a pretty good move by NASA to release them so close to the 40th anniversary of the first landing.
Also, I think Neil Armstrong saw the flag get blown over from the blast as the LEM took off from the surface since they planted the flag so close to the lander. But yeah, if material disintigrates on Everest quickly because of UV I image it wouldn't have much of a chance of lasting very long on the moon.

Buzz Aldrin (even if the Moon landing was miraculously somehow faked) was still right to punch the guy.
You don't call an astronaut who worked years and trained years to get into space and to the Moon (allegedly) a coward and a liar.
