Was the apollo 11 moon landing fake?

I was browsing youtube videos of the 1969 moon landing and was shocked to find on this video

And so on. Now ive always just accepted that we landed on the moon. My dad is a hobby astronomer and so ive grown up with that kinda stuff. I know one should not consider people commenting on youtube as a reliable cross section of public opinion, but it still shocked me that there obviously are many people who think it was a fake. So what do you guys think?

I mean I've had an argument with a few friends of mine who insisted it was fake. Over here, where people are generally well educated and sane. Though, they *were* drunk as monkeys at the time...

I watched a documentary a few years back and they showed a satellite pic of the US Flag on the moon (Was quite unclear though so who knows). Also, they said it would have been more expensive to fake it than to actually go to the moon, since you'd have to pay a lot of people a lot of money to keep their mouths shut. That's just what they said.

You'd also have to explain why the Soviets, who most certainly had all the astronomical gear they'd ever need for it, didn't blow the whistle... or pretty much anyone else who had a decent telescope, for that matter. And then there's all that Moon rock brought back.

Also, the last I heard the main method of measuring distance between the Earth and the Moon exactly was bouncing a laser off mirrors put in place by the Apollo flights.

Definitely no. Hundreds of thousands of people worked on Apollo, a far cry from just a bunch of people on a soundstage. I think that those who do think it's fake just like the fact that it's a conspiracy. And a lot of it doesn't make any sense, were all the landing missions faked including 8 and 10 that just went there and back? Were the videos shot by the astronauts inside the modules as they journeyed there faked as well? Did the crews all just circle the Earth for the 8 days or so of the trip? Which of the missions do these theorists believe did actually happen? Did any of them even get into space?

This "fake moon landing conspiracy" is one of the silliest ones out there, because it's actually believed by a lot of people. I suppose Apollo 12, 14, 15, 16 and 17 were faked as well? Apollo 13 was given a fake accident for dramatic purposes?

No they're not faked, thousands of people saw the rocket go up, so it went up, my friend said they just made it orbit the Earth!!! if the Soviets saw it they would of told everyone. Anyway, where did we get the moon rocks from, ebay!?!?!?
